Easter Bank Holiday Announcement

Dear Valued Customers,

As we move into the vibrant spring season, marked by several Bank Holidays, we want to ensure you're informed about operational changes that could affect our services, especially regarding Royal Mail deliveries and laboratory processing times.

Delivery Update:

All items should go out as usual, there may be a slight delay due to Royal Mail delays over the Easter break, which means that items ordered on Friday might not arrive until after Tuesday/Wednesday.  

Bank Holidays Schedule:

Please note there will be no Royal Mail deliveries, including Priority Post Boxes using Tracked 24, on the following dates, and our partnering laboratory will also be closed:

• Friday 29th March 2024 - Good Friday (Note: Our laboratory partners will be open to receive and process post on Saturday 30th March)
• Monday 1st April 2024 - Easter Monday

To ensure the timely processing of your samples, we recommend reviewing and adjusting your testing and posting schedules in light of these dates. The absence of mail services on these Bank Holidays may lead to extended transit times. We advise considering these possible delays when planning to send samples during this period.

If you're using courier services to transport samples, please make sure that deliveries are not scheduled for the above Bank Holiday dates.

Additionally, our customer service team will be available to help you with any questions or concerns you may have.
